Common questions

Is it worth repairing my mixer instead of buying a new one?

Usually, yes. KitchenAid mixers are built to be serviced. Most problems are worn grease, a stripped gear or a brush, and the repair costs well under a new machine.

Why is my mixer leaking oil at the beater?

The grease in the gearbox has separated with age and heat. It needs a full clean and fresh food-grade grease. Stop using it until it’s serviced, since the leak can reach the bowl.

How often should an espresso machine be descaled?

Every 2 to 3 months for most homes, more often with hard water. Scale is the most common cause of weak flow and cold shots.

Do you repair machines bought used or out of warranty?

Yes. We work on machines of any age as long as parts are available.

What does the warranty cover?

All parts and labor on the repaired part for 90 days.
